Thunderbird Resorts - Poro Point, San Fernando City (La Union)

The hotel's rooms were decorated nicely to my liking, but sadly the showers in all the rooms were not working, and we had to call for maintenance to fix the very dirty, clogged showers and bathrooms. The rooms felt a bit dilapidated considering the high price we paid.

The hotel rooms were very nice and comfortable even though there was a broken bidet that sparked in the middle of the night and a weird tapping noise from a pipe. The service was polite but inefficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location, although good, was described as unmaintained. The dining experience was not commensurate with the price paid.

The hotel has a good location at Poro Point, San Fernando La Union, making it perfect for easy access. However, the rooms are not well-maintained, with dirty and clogged showers that needed fixing, even though there are fun amenities like video game consoles and billiards available at the pool area.
